Latimer Church is an Anglican ‘Fresh Expression’ in South Buckinghamshire with its roots in a pioneering mission initiative catalysed by Frog and Amy Orr-Ewing in 2010. From a small group of adventurers gathering in their home it grew to be thriving, all-age worshipping community for many in the South Bucks area. In September 2020, Latimer Church was formally birthed from the parent charity, The Minster Fellowship, and is now independently governed by the Latimer Church Charity (No. 1190427). Today, Latimer Church is led by Daniel Susenbach supported by Tash Edwards as Pastor of Discipleship & Communities and a small team of dedicated staff and generous volunteers.
In this season, the church’s rhythm of life orientates around time together in ‘Latimer Communities’ on the first Sunday of the month, where we’ll be meeting in different homes for our Latimer Community groups. Smaller than a whole church Sunday service, but larger than a typical small group, they enable a deeper experience of engagement, interaction, discipleship and hospitality.
All other Sundays we gather together for shared worship at The Beaconsfield School, with the 3rd Sunday in the month having a community group dynamic but within the whole church setting.
Kids work takes place during all our gathered services, with provision for 1-11s in different age groups
